Payment Policies and Options
The Dental Implant Center of Royal Oak offers numerous implant and cosmetic dentistry financing options to help cover the cost of treatment. Our practice accepts all major credit cards, checks, and cash, as well as dental and medical payment options. We can arrange a payment plan that spreads your payments out over time. We can also help you set up an account if you are unfamiliar with these payment options. To help us provide the best service possible at an affordable cost, we ask that you pay for your treatment on the day of your appointment; however, we do accept assignment of benefits from most dental insurance companies. Some procedures may require a deposit before they are scheduled.
Do We Accept Your Insurance?
We are pleased to help maximize your insurance benefits by completing your claim forms, which are transmitted electronically by the end of the treatment day if your carrier is up-to-date. In our practice, we do our best to help you understand how your dental insurance works and to make sure you are getting most out of the benefits you have. Dental insurance is often misunderstood but we can help you find out how to take advantage of your insurance and also how you may be able to save money by utilizing other strategies such as health savings accounts, alternative employee benefits, and tax strategies. Our goal is to help you get the most value out of any benefits package you may have. We have a full-time team member that is committed to helping you with your dental insurance needs. Our office will file your insurance claims for you. However, keep in mind that we may not participate as a “preferred provider” for your specific insurance. Check your plan to see if there is a “freedom of choice” or “point-of-service” option. These enable you to seek care from any doctor of your choice. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. They are well informed and up-to-date.
Do We Accept Medicaid or Medicare?
We happily accept all patients into our practice for evaluation. However, we do not participate in the Medicaid, Medicare, or other government insurance networks.
CareCredit is an excellent way to make cosmetic dentistry financing easier. Popular among our Michigan patients, CareCredit is designed specifically for dental health care expenses. Many of our patients use CareCredit in order to fit the dentistry they want into their budgets. We can often get approval for our patients to finance their dental care over time at lower rates than any credit card. In some cases, interest-free financing can be obtained.
